The blocked-country list isn't exhaustive: ECOMMBX may still be unable to support transactions in some other countries not named on it.
Additional restrictions apply to ECOMMBX's acquiring (merchant) services, beyond these account-level ones.

Opening an account

Russian and Belarusian nationals who permanently reside in the EU are not prohibited, but are subject to individual assessment during onboarding.

Sanctions

Payments to or from the Ukrainian regions of Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson are prohibited.
