Who we are

NeoBankFit ("we") is a matching and comparison service for neobanks and EMIs. For anything about your data, write to [email protected] - that address reaches the data controller.

What we collect

Your wizard answers (countries, ownership, sector, the services you need) and the results we showed you. We store them as a search record so the match works and so we can improve coverage and data quality.

Your email address, only if you choose to unlock the full ranked list. We verify it with a one-time code and store it as a lead profile, together with whether you agreed to receive alerts.

One functional cookie ("nbf_lead") that remembers your browser already unlocked the list, so we never ask for your email twice. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we use it for

To run the match and show you the accounts you are eligible for, ranked by real cost.

To improve our eligibility and fee data - aggregated searches tell us which countries and sectors to cover next.

To send you alerts about your profile (a fee changes, a new provider starts accepting you) - only if you ticked the consent box. You can unsubscribe from any email, anytime.

What we never do

We never ask for identity documents, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone. Providers do not see who searched for them.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and the site runs on Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete everything we hold about you (GDPR access, rectification and erasure rights). Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will handle it.
