In the fine print

Conditions from FAS Finance's own terms, pricing pages and acceptable-use policy that don't fit in a table. Read in full and checked by hand.

Pricing

  • Business onlyHigher-risk business sectors - including adult entertainment, crypto exchanges, forex, and gambling - are accepted rather than prohibited; they are onboarded at the higher-risk Category B pricing tier.

Limits

  • Paying out to a debit card carries its own per-transaction ceiling, and it is set in the destination currency: the equivalent of 100,000 rubles for RUB and of 900 euros for UAH.

Payments & transfers

  • Runs a remittance service to Ukraine and CIS countries: transfers can be funded in EUR, USD, or CZK and collected as cash pick-up or to a card, with payout in Russian rubles (RUB) or Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

Cards

  • FAS Finance does not issue payment cards of its own.

Opening an account

  • Business onlyFor business accounts, the pricing category (A, B, or C) is assigned by FAS based on its own risk assessment, not chosen by the customer. Profiles that fit none of the three categories - such as non-EEA higher-risk companies, or companies incorporated in a country on FAS's 'Extra jurisdictions' list - are handled case-by-case and need to request an account directly.

Licence & regulation

  • Registered with the Czech National Bank as a small-scale payment provider (registration no. 2017/061698/CNB-570).

Will FAS Finance actually accept you?

Acceptance depends on where your company is registered, where its owners live, where your money flows - and your sector. The wizard checks FAS Finance's published rules on all of them, and shows you the alternatives too.
