In the fine print

Conditions from Jeeves's own terms, pricing pages and acceptable-use policy that don't fit in a table. Read in full and checked by hand.

Pricing

  • No minimum or maximum account balance requirements, and no maintenance fees.
  • Credit lines carry no published ceiling: Jeeves sets the limit after reviewing the company financials, and charges no annual fee.

Limits

  • No minimum or maximum deposit limits on the account.

Payments & transfers

  • Local payment rails with dedicated bank codes are supported for transfers to Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Morocco, Bolivia, and Argentina, in addition to SWIFT transfers to over 200 countries in USD, EUR, GBP, and CAD.

Crypto

  • Jeeves offers a stablecoin wallet feature separate from its cross-border payment rails - it lets you hold, send, receive, and convert stablecoins to an external wallet, unlike the payment corridors used internally for transfers, where Jeeves never holds crypto on your behalf.
  • Cryptocurrency-related activities (purchase, sale, exchange, custody, or mining) require additional documentation for approval rather than being prohibited outright.
  • The stablecoin offered can vary by market - US-based customers typically receive USDB, while customers in other covered markets receive USDC.

Business activity

  • Prohibited business activities also include the sale of controlled substances (narcotics, steroids) without proper licensing, the sale of counterfeit or grey-market goods, and multi-level-marketing or get-rich-quick schemes.
  • Businesses that are themselves financial services providers (banks, bank affiliates, securities brokers, or money transmitters) may require additional documentation before approval.

Countries & residency

  • Payments to or from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine are prohibited under sanctions rules.

Licence & regulation

  • In Brazil, Jeeves operates as a correspondent of QI Sociedade de Crédito Direto S.A. (for account services) and Bexs Banco S.A. (for currency exchange), both regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil.
  • Jeeves is a financial technology platform, not a licensed bank, payment institution, or money services business itself - it operates through licensed third-party partners (Airwallex US LLC, Evolve Bank & Trust, Pathward N.A., Peoples Trust Company, Celtic Bank) who hold the actual regulatory licenses.

Rewards

  • Yield on balances is set by where the company is, not by the plan: 5% APY in the United States, 3% in the EU and 3% in the UK, each with 1% cashback on card spend, while Canada gets the 1% cashback without a yield.
  • In Brazil the account pays a local benchmark instead of a rate, up to 100% of the CDI on business balances, with no minimum or maximum balance and no fees.

Will Jeeves actually accept you?

Acceptance depends on where your company is registered, where its owners live, where your money flows - and your sector. The wizard checks Jeeves's published rules on all of them, and shows you the alternatives too.
