Pricing

  • Two local UK rails are offered at very different prices: Faster Payments is free to receive and £1 to send, while BACS and CHAPS cost £20 in each direction. Multipass does not say which of the two applies by default.

Limits

  • Loading the card has ceilings of its own, separate from spending: EUR 100,000 per load, per day and per month, EUR 200,000 a year, and at most 3 loads a day, 30 a month and 500 a year.
  • Annual ceilings sit on top of the daily and monthly ones: EUR 10,000 of ATM withdrawals across 300 withdrawals a year, and EUR 200,000 of card spending across 10,000 transactions a year.
  • Batch payments are switched off by default and enabled on request through the account manager. Inside a batch, no single payment can exceed EUR 15,000.

Payments & transfers

  • NOK payments run on the Norwegian Interbank Clearing System.
  • SGD payments run on the local FAST rail.

Business activity

  • MultiPass's Acceptable Use Policy lists gambling, dating, and jewellery businesses as prohibited, but its Risk Appetite Policy and published list of approved industries treat these sectors as accepted (for some, only when the business holds the relevant licence); the bank's public documents are not consistent on this point.

Sanctions

  • Payments to and from Crimea are also blocked.

Company ownership

  • MultiPass Platforms Limited is wholly owned by the Dyninno Group, a business founded in 2004 and headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in 12 countries, more than 5,000 employees, and Travel, FinTech, and EnterTech divisions operating across 50+ markets.

Will MultiPass actually accept you?

Acceptance depends on where your company is registered, where its owners live, where your money flows - and your sector. The wizard checks MultiPass's published rules on all of them, and shows you the alternatives too.
