Pricing
- Corridors are described only by rail and price band: SEPA Credit and Instant, international SWIFT transfers, and domestic Faster Payments in the UK, with transfers within the EEA, the UK and Switzerland priced apart from international transfers.
- From 13 May 2026, cards issued in Andorra, Gibraltar, Monaco, San Marino, the UK and the Vatican are reclassified as non-EEA for acquiring pricing: this raises the cost of accepting them, it does not block the transfer corridor.
- incorporated in MTIn Malta, card-present transactions cost 1.29% on domestic and EEA consumer cards, and card-not-present 1.79% + EUR 0.15; all other cards, including American Express, sit in a separate and more expensive band.
- Acquiring rates differ from market to market at the same monthly fee: card-present is 0.89% in Germany and Austria, 0.99% in the Netherlands and 0.99% in Belgium.
- The turnover from which myPOS presents this plan as worthwhile also changes by market: EUR 5,000 in Malta and Austria, EUR 3,500 in the Netherlands, EUR 4,200 in Belgium.

Payments & transfers
- Outgoing transfers can go to any account except accounts in countries, or to people and entities, that myPOS has restricted, but myPOS does not publish the list of those countries.

Cards
- The ban on virtual currency, token and NFT activity is repeated in the rules for accepting AMEX cards.
Countries & residency
- myPOS runs on two licensed entities: myPOS Ltd, licensed in Ireland by the Central Bank of Ireland, serves the EEA, while myPOS Payments Ltd, licensed in the UK by the FCA, serves the UK, Gibraltar and Switzerland.
- Gibraltar and Switzerland are served under the UK licence: neither has a licence of its own within the group.
