In the fine print

Limits
- The €40,000,000 SEPA withdrawal limit applies identically per transaction, per day, and per month: it is a flat ceiling, not an amount that can be repeated multiple times within the same day.
- The minimum SEPA withdrawal amount is €5.
- SEPA transfers can take up to 24 hours to process; withdrawals of large amounts can take up to 48 hours.
Payments & transfers
- No per-corridor country list for sending or receiving is published anywhere.
- Business onlyA separate 'Virtual IBAN' product (for payments to and from accounts in the company's own name only: no third-party deposits) is available only if the business is registered in a specific list of countries, which is narrower than Nebeus's general account eligibility.
- Personal onlyA separate 'Virtual IBAN' product (personal use only: it cannot receive third-party deposits) is available only if the account holder resides in a specific list of countries, which is narrower than Nebeus's general account eligibility.
- Fiat services such as IBANs, cards and SEPA payments are provided by three regulated EEA partners, Fiat Republic Netherlands B.V., FreemarketFX Ireland Ltd and Quicko Sp. z o.o. in Poland. Which one serves you depends on your profile, your location and service availability, and Nebeus publishes no rule for it.
Crypto
- Nebeus offers crypto-backed business loans without a credit check, using digital assets as collateral.
Business activity
- Business onlyThe business account terms list 'unlicensed financial intermediation' and 'speculative investment services' as high-risk activities requiring prior written approval, alongside adult content, weapons, gambling, and unregistered virtual-asset providers.
Countries & residency
- Nebeus's own documents disagree on who can use the fiat services. One legal page says IBANs, cards and SEPA are available exclusively to EEA residents, while the account-creation article excludes the Netherlands, Hungary and the United Kingdom, which is incompatible with an EEA-only rule.
- A third document, the IBAN terms of use, is vaguer than both: it says the service is restricted in certain jurisdictions based on applicable laws and on the eligibility criteria of the third-party providers, without naming the EEA at all.
- The list of countries excluded from opening an account is wide: around 90 of the roughly 195 countries in the world.
Licence & regulation
- Besides its Spanish MiCA authorisation, Nebeus holds an Electronic Money Institution licence in the UK, acquired and FCA-regulated, used for card issuing, and a VASP registration in Argentina.
Will Nebeus actually accept you?
Acceptance depends on where your company is registered, where its owners live, where your money flows - and your sector. The wizard checks Nebeus's published rules on all of them, and shows you the alternatives too.
