In the fine print

Conditions from OuiTrust's own terms, pricing pages and acceptable-use policy that don't fit in a table. Read in full and checked by hand.

Pricing

  • Local USD payments over the US clearing network carry a flat fee.

Limits

  • Cash withdrawals are subject to a monthly ceiling, whatever the balance sitting on the account.
  • Transactions can be restricted by card type, by individual usage patterns and by payment risk profile.

Payments & transfers

  • By default, for example when the relationship is opened through a crypto exchange partner (a 'VASP Partner'), transfers to and from the account are limited to accounts held in your own exclusive name at an EEA-authorized payment service provider (the 'same name account' principle).
  • OuiTrust focuses on cross-border settlement between Europe or the UK and China for European SMEs and freelancers: instant EEA and UK to China payments in RMB, plus collection through WeChat, Alipay and UnionPay, run on the group's Hong Kong MSO licence.

Cards

  • Virtual and physical Mastercard debit cards are available on sterling accounts.
  • No debit card is available on USD accounts: only euro and sterling accounts get one.
  • Virtual and physical Mastercard debit cards are available on euro accounts.

Crypto

  • HEURO is a proprietary e-money stablecoin issued by the provider (an e-money token under EU MiCA rules) that tokenizes your account balance, not a third-party cryptocurrency. Its wallet is self-hosted but holds HEURO only, so it can't be used to withdraw other cryptocurrencies to an external wallet.
  • The account terms also describe an optional on-ramp/off-ramp with a third-party crypto exchange partner (an EEA-based 'VASP Partner') for moving funds to and from that exchange, though it isn't presented as a feature of the individual plans.

Company ownership

  • OuiTrust is the commercial name of Harmoniie SAS, which also operates as Heuro SAS in the account terms.

Licence & regulation

  • OuiTrust states that customer funds are safeguarded and covered by the French deposit guarantee scheme (FGDR) up to 100,000 EUR. It is an electronic money institution licensed by the ACPR (licence No. 17478), not a bank.

Will OuiTrust actually accept you?

Acceptance depends on where your company is registered, where its owners live, where your money flows - and your sector. The wizard checks OuiTrust's published rules on all of them, and shows you the alternatives too.
