Pricing

  • The account comes with a USD UnionPay debit card in two tiers: Gold ($3.75/month, 3.5% currency-conversion markup) and Diamond ($50/month, 1.5% markup).

Limits

  • Card limits depend on which card you hold, and the gap is wide: the Gold allows $5,000 a day and $250,000 a year at ATMs and $25,000 a day at the POS, while the Diamond goes to $10,000 a day and $3,000,000 a year at ATMs and $100,000 a day at the POS.

Payments & transfers

  • Personal onlyOn a personal account, you can only transfer or withdraw funds to accounts held in your own name; sending an international transfer to a third party's account is prohibited and results in termination of service.

Cards

  • The debit card cannot be used to purchase virtual currency.

Business activity

  • Payment aggregation services are prohibited.
  • The bank serves non-resident individuals and companies, typically in the adult, affiliate, and live-streaming industries, and online businesses that make mass payouts to affiliates and freelancers.

Sanctions

  • The bank prohibits any transaction that would breach the sanctions regimes of Dominica, the United States (OFAC), the EU, or the UK.
