In the fine print
Conditions from The Kingdom Bank's own terms, pricing pages and acceptable-use policy that don't fit in a table. Read in full and checked by hand.
Pricing
- Fees are not published: pricing is custom and risk-based, supplied individually through an account manager. Individual clients pay no monthly fee, while corporate clients may incur risk-based fees.
Limits
- The total usage limit on the bank cards has been raised to €1,000,000.
Cards
- The card can convert digital assets into local currency at the point of spending.
Crypto
- Offers a USDT crypto savings product with tiered annual yields (2% / 2.5% / 3% / 3.5% for 32 / 90 / 180 / 365-day terms), from a 1,000 USDT minimum.
- Provides overdraft facilities on both fiat and crypto balances.
- Runs an OTC desk for over-the-counter trades and allows an unlimited number of digital-asset wallets.
- One of the supported coins, KingdomCoin (TKB), is the bank's own native ERC-20 token.
Business activity
- On top of the sectors it already prohibits, the bank also bans: counterfeit government IDs, visas, or licenses; goods or services infringing third-party intellectual property; file sharing; content inciting violence, hatred, or racism; anonymous or non-customer stored-value cards; Ponzi and pyramid schemes; third-party payment processing and payment aggregation; multi-level marketing and get-rich-quick or high-yield investment programs; satellite and cable TV descramblers; shell banks; and timeshares or property reservation payments.
- The bank onboards a wide range of higher-risk sectors, citing money service businesses, Forex, and digital assets as illustrative (non-exhaustive) examples.
Opening an account
- Customers connected to jurisdictions the bank classifies as high-risk are subject to enhanced due diligence.
Sanctions
- No list of restricted countries is published: the terms point to a “Restricted Transactions List” in the acceptable use policy, and no send/receive corridor or currency allow-list appears on the site. The one exclusion stated openly is the bank's own jurisdiction: services are offered worldwide except to citizens and residents of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Licence & regulation
- Licensed as an offshore bank under the Commonwealth of Dominica's International/Offshore Banking Act.
- The Dubai entity, The Kingdom FZE, is a non-banking free-zone representative office, not a licensed bank.
Will The Kingdom Bank actually accept you?
Acceptance depends on where your company is registered, where its owners live, where your money flows - and your sector. The wizard checks The Kingdom Bank's published rules on all of them, and shows you the alternatives too.
