In the fine print

Conditions from Unlimit's own terms, pricing pages and acceptable-use policy that don't fit in a table. Read in full and checked by hand.

Pricing

  • The listed fees are indicative: the fee schedule states they can differ depending on the type and nature of the business, with the final pricing set during onboarding and confirmed before the account is opened.
  • The UK entity bills in GBP, not EUR: the fee amounts are numerically identical to the EU schedule, but they are charged in GBP.

Limits

  • The only published limit is cash withdrawal from the card, 2000 a day in the currency of the card.
  • The terms reserve Unlimit UK the right to set its own limits at its discretion, per day and per month, on the number of transactions, by transaction type, and on transfers into the account. None of those figures are published.
  • The only published limit is cash withdrawal from the card, 2000 a day in the currency of the card. Nothing is published for incoming or outgoing transfers, on SEPA, SWIFT or internal, nor for card spending.

Payments & transfers

  • The availability of any currency can be restricted at any time without a published list; both the EU and UK fee schedules state that "availability of any currency may be restricted at any time."

Cards

  • Business onlyThe account itself has no crypto features, but its card can be used with crypto services run by a separate third-party provider under distinct terms.

Crypto

  • Business onlyCrypto businesses aren't turned away: the onboarding form lets you register a crypto-related activity such as virtual-currency provider, cryptocurrency mining, or IT services for virtual currency/blockchain.

Opening an account

  • incorporated in TRCompanies incorporated in Turkey can't open an account directly and are routed to a waitlist instead.
  • You don't choose which Unlimit entity holds your account: registration goes through a single form that asks where your business is based, and Unlimit assigns you to its EU (Cyprus) or UK arm based on your answer.

Licence & regulation

  • The group operates through two separately licensed entities: Unlimit EU Ltd (Cyprus, company no. HE328641) holds a Central Bank of Cyprus EMI licence (115.1.3.7/2018), and Unlimit UK Ltd (England, company no. 14173267) holds an FCA EMI licence (978706).

Will Unlimit actually accept you?

Acceptance depends on where your company is registered, where its owners live, where your money flows - and your sector. The wizard checks Unlimit's published rules on all of them, and shows you the alternatives too.
