Pricing
- Transaction pricing is quote-based rather than published upfront.
Limits
- There is no minimum and no maximum on what a Wallex collection account can receive. Outgoing payments do have a maximum, and it changes from currency to currency.
- The per-transaction ceiling depends on the rail: IDR 1,000,000,000 on SKN and RTGS, IDR 250,000,000 on BI-FAST.
Payments & transfers
- Payments to and from Myanmar are paused until further notice because the country's banking system is offline.
- Vietnamese dong moves over local bank transfer, as well as SWIFT.
- Malaysian ringgit moves over DuitNow, IBG and RENTAS, as well as SWIFT.
- Singapore dollars move over local bank transfer and PayNow, as well as SWIFT.
- Philippine pesos move over local bank transfer, as well as SWIFT.
- Indonesian rupiah moves over BI-FAST, SKN and RTGS, as well as SWIFT.
Cards
- Wallex issues no payment cards.
Countries & residency
- The collection and multi-currency (hold) account is available to Singapore customers only; customers in Hong Kong and Indonesia use the Global Account product instead.
Sanctions
- Customers using a US- or UK-based collection account are subject to a stricter prohibited-country list that also blocks Kazakhstan and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine.

- Wallex is the business-to-business cross-border payments and FX unit of M-DAQ Global, operating through its Singapore entity M-DAQ Payment Solutions Pte. Ltd.
Licence & regulation
- Holds a Major Payment Institution licence with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (PS20200433), a Hong Kong Money Service Operator licence (HKCE19-12-02935), an Indonesia Funds Transfer Provider licence with Bank Indonesia (20/235/DKSP/83), and a Malaysia Money Service Business class B licence with Bank Negara (00569).
