Pricing
- Business onlyThe one-time 55 EUR Business setup fee grants access to all business features, with no additional feature tiers.
- Business onlyA volume discount applies once monthly outgoing volume exceeds 22,000 EUR (or equivalent).
- Pricing is pay-per-use with no recurring monthly fee: the Personal account is free, the Business account has a one-time 55 EUR setup fee.
- Currency conversion uses the mid-market rate with fees starting from 0.47% (a floor that varies by currency pair).
- living in HUHungarian residents pay an additional local surcharge of 0.45-0.9% on transfers and ATM withdrawals (Hungary's financial transaction tax).
- A volume discount applies on monthly currency conversions above 22,000 EUR.
Limits
- Receiving has no limit for most currencies; USD is capped at 20M per transaction/day and 35M on a rolling annual basis; SGD via FAST is capped at 200,000 per transaction.
- living in JPJapan residents: JPY holding is capped at 1M by default (up to 20M on request); sending from the account is capped at 1M JPY (Large Transfers up to 150M JPY).
- living in MYMalaysia residents: MYR holding is capped at 20,000.
- living in SGSingapore residents: SGD holding is capped at 20,000, and sending/spending at 100,000 SGD per year (fixed window, 1 April - 31 March).

Payments & transfers
- Receiving USD specifically (other currencies are unaffected) is blocked from Guinea-Bissau and Serbia.
- New PLN local account details are no longer issued (existing ones still work); receiving from Polish banks is supported, and SWIFT receiving costs a fixed 16.20 PLN.
- SGD domestic receiving via FAST (up to 200,000 SGD per transaction) is free.
- Personal onlyOn personal accounts, the SGD details only support the FAST rail - GIRO, MEPS, and SWIFT receiving aren't available there (SWIFT, where supported, costs a fixed 5.34 SGD).
- Domestic USD receiving via ACH/Fedwire is free; SWIFT USD receiving costs a fixed 6.11 USD.
- USD can't be received from Guinea-Bissau or Serbia on any Wise USD account; on the CFSB-partnered USD account specifically, the block also covers Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
- Personal only · living in MYThe MYR local account is only available to Malaysia residents with a personal account, and doesn't support SWIFT receiving.
- Domestic GBP receiving via Faster Payments (FPS) is free; SWIFT GBP receiving costs a fixed 2.16 GBP.
- The GBP account also receives SWIFT payments in 22 currencies beyond GBP: AED, EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, CNY, DKK, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, NOK, NZD, PLN, SEK, RON, SGD, UGX, ZAR.
- PHP receiving via InstaPay/e-wallet (domestic, from the Philippines) is free; SWIFT receiving isn't supported for this currency.
- HUF SWIFT receiving costs a fixed 1,550 HUF (domestic transfers are free).
- AUD SWIFT receiving costs a fixed 6.24 AUD and isn't available if your registered address is in Australia (domestic BSB transfers are free).
- New RON local account details aren't available, and existing ones were withdrawn as of 31 Dec 2024 for addresses outside the EEA; RON can still be received via SWIFT on the GBP account details - sources disagree on whether that carries an extra 18.80 RON fee or none at all.
- SEPA and domestic EUR receiving is free; SWIFT EUR receiving costs a fixed 2.39 EUR.
- The EUR account also receives SWIFT payments in AUD, CAD, GBP, JPY, and USD, not just EUR.
- NZD SWIFT receiving costs a fixed 6.89 NZD and is suspended if your registered address is in New Zealand (domestic transfers are free).
- The TRY local account is only available to customers who are not resident in Turkiye, and doesn't support SWIFT receiving.
- Domestic wire transfers and Online Bill Payments (OBT) to the CAD account are rejected, and a 25 CAD fee is still retained even though the payment doesn't go through - use EFT/Interac instead, which is free and accepted.
- CAD SWIFT receiving costs a fixed 6.16 CAD.
- HKD receiving is free via FPS; the CHATS rail costs 10 HKD per transaction, and SWIFT costs a fixed 30.80 HKD.

Crypto
- You can't send funds from the account to a crypto exchange, a crypto wallet, or even a private individual for the purpose of buying crypto.
- Receiving from a crypto exchange is allowed only if it's licensed in the UK or EU, and even then it's at the bank's discretion, not guaranteed; Binance and Coinbase are explicitly excluded regardless.
- Receiving funds from P2P crypto trading isn't accepted.
- The bank may make discretionary exceptions for salary payments from crypto companies, professional-service fees paid by such companies, or purchasing shares in crypto companies.
